Section
1. Special order scheduled. The following proposal shall be a
3special order of business on Friday, March 24, 2000, at the time shown:
AR31,1,10
(1) At 9:00 a.m., 1999 Assembly Bill 892,
relating to: creating a local
4professional football stadium district; giving a local professional football
5stadium district the authority to issue bonds; making a state moral
6obligation pledge with respect to bonds issued by a local professional
7football stadium district; giving a local professional football stadium
8district the authority to impose a sales tax and a use tax; state aid for
9transportation facilities associated with a professional football team's
10home stadium; and making appropriations.

Section
2. Twelve hour notice. Consideration of the special order of
business established in
Section 1 of this resolution shall occur at the time shown in
that section or 12 hours after adoption of this resolution, whichever is later.
